ADI R-Series single heated head diaphragm sampling pump is a general purpose motor that can be used in almost any application. The sampling pump is constructed of 316 ss wetted parts and a 3 ply Teflon ® diaphragm. The Heated head ADI Pump with Teflon ® diaphragm is used in Clean Air's Heated In-Line Filter Pump Assembly. The Teflon ® diaphragm allows the pump's diaphragm to have a longer lifetime than the Teflon ® / EPDM diaphragm. For proper pump performance, 3 sheets of Teflon ® material are required to make up one replacement diaphragm. |

The rebuild kit for ADI R-Series single head diaphragm sampling pump is recommend for routine maintenance on the single head diaphragm. Over time, the ADI sampling pump's diaphragm will gradually wear down and may cause leaks, low vacuum and extra noise. For proper pump performance, 3 sheets of Teflon ® material are required to make up one replacement diaphragm. |
